摘要
利用“TRIZ”理论对电驱动玉米精量排种器的电机进行了设计,从而得到了适用于电动气吸式玉米排种器的高效电机,降低基本选型电机的损耗,降低电动排种器在工作时的电量损耗,减少升级工作负荷,提升整机工作效率。通过对发明问题的初始形势分析和功能分析,明确系统中存在的主要问题,建立系统组件模型,区分有用功能和有害功能,整理和排列重要功能,设计功能模型;运用39个通用工程参数描述技术矛盾和40条解决技术矛盾的发明创新原理获得创新原理解集;利用物场分析将缺少的物质或场引入,同时消除有害效果,完善不足效果,完成模型。通过TRIZ理论中多种工具寻求多种创新方向,结合实际需求和要求,改变电机结构以及材料等方法,解决实际出现的问题,最终达成适应电驱动排种器电机的设计。
TRIZ theory was used to design the motor of the electric-driven corn precision seed metering device,and a high-efficiency motor suitable for the electric air-suction corn seed metering device was obtained,which reduced the power consumption of the electric seed metering device during operation and improved the overall machine work efficiency.Through the initial situation analysis and functional analysis of the invention problem,the main problems in the system were clarified,the system component model was established,the useful and harmful functions were distinguished,and the functional model was designed;39 general engineering parameters were used to describe technical contradictions and 40 solutions.The contradictory principles of invention and innovation were collected;at the same time,the harmful effects were eliminated,the insufficient effects were improved,and finally the design suitable for the electric drive seed meter motor was achieved.
