考虑购物体验的双渠道供应链演化行为及混沌控制

摘要 针对现有考虑购物体验的双渠道供应链博弈模型,从多周期动态演化的角度分析价格调整速度、购物体验水平等决策参数对产品价格、企业利润和系统稳定性的影响,探究系统从稳定状态进入混沌状态的演化行为,并对混沌系统进行有效控制。研究表明:价格调整速度过快会导致博弈系统和企业利润陷入混沌状态;零售商的价格调整速度不会影响制造商的价格决策,但会影响制造商的利润;购物体验水平的增加对制造商有利,对网络零售商不利,对实体零售商则存在1个最优解;延迟反馈控制法能够有效控制混沌系统,使其重返稳定状态。该研究是对考虑购物体验的双渠道供应链系统稳定性理论证明的一个有效补充和拓展。 For the dual-channel supply chain game model in the existing literature,this paper analyzes the impact of decision parameters such as price adjustment speed and shopping experience level on product price,enterprise profit and system stability from the perspective of multi-period dynamic evolution,explores the evolution behavior of the system from stable state to chaotic state,and effectively controls the chaotic system.The research shows that too fast price adjustment will lead to chaos in the game system and enterprise profits;retailers′price adjustment speed will not affect manufacturers′price decisions,but will affect manufacturers′profits;the increase in the level of shopping experience is beneficial to manufacturers,unfavorable to online retailers,and has an optimal value for physical retailers;the delayed feedback control method can effectively control the chaotic system and make it return to a stable state.The research results are an effective supplement and extension to the theoretical proof of system stability in the existing literature.
