OBE教育理念与课程思政理念融合的应用型电子商务人才培养策略研究

随着电子商务的迅速发展和广泛应用,对电子商务人才的需求日益增多,尤其是能够践行社会主义核心价值观且具有扎实专业知识与技能的应用型人才,如何培养则是应用型高校电子商务专业面临的重要问题。文章分析OBE与课程思政两种内涵不同的先进教育理念在施教对象、实现过程、发挥作用方向等方面具有的一致性。两种理念融合应用在人才培养过程中,将有助于“三全育人”思想的贯彻落实,有利于应用型本科电子商务人才培养目标的实现,能够满足地方经济发展对应用型电子商务人才培养的需求,据此提出OBE教育理念与课程思政理念融合的应用型电子商务人才培养策略。

With the rapid development and widespread application of e-commerce,the demand for e-commerce talents is increasing,especially for applied talents who can practice socialist core values and have solid professional knowledge and skills.How to cultivate them is an important issue faced by the e-commerce major in applied universities.The article analyzes the consistency between the advanced educational concepts of OBE and curriculum ideological and political education,which have different connotations,in terms of teaching objects,implementation processes,and direction of action.The two concepts can be integrated and applied in the process of talent cultivation,which will help to implement the“Three Comprehensive Education”concept,facilitate the realization of the goal of cultivating applied undergraduate e-commerce talents,and meet the needs of local economic development for the cultivation of applied e-commerce talents.Based on this,a strategy for the integration of OBE education concept and curriculum ideological and political concept in the cultivation of applied e-commerce talents is proposed.
