物流产业学院产教融合协同育人机制创新研究

Research on Innovation of Cooperative Education Mechanism ofIndustry-Education Integration in Logistics Industry School

随着新时代普通高等院校加快应用型转型步伐,高等院校根据人才培养计划,不断深化产教融合教学模式,并与各行各业的企业进行深度合作,为社会经济的发展提供专业化高质量人才。基于此,为促进产教融合校企协同育人理念的落实,本文立足于物流产业学院,对基于产教融合协同育人机制的创新进行深入探析,旨在为物流管理专业高素质应用型人才培养提供有益借鉴。

With the acceleration of application-oriented transformation of universities in the new era,universities continue to deepen the teaching mode of integration of industry and education according as per their educational programs and carry out in-depth cooperation with enterprises from all walks of life to provide professional and high-quality talents for social and economic development.Based on this,in order to promote the implementation of the concept of the integration of industry and education,this paper,on the basis of the school of Logistics Industry,makes an in-depth analysis of the innovation of the education mechanism based on the integration of industry and education,aiming at providing useful reference for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents in logistics management.
