At the 90th anniversary celebration conference of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and the opening ceremony of the spring semester of 2023,the General Secretary Xi Jin⁃ping once again highlighted the great significance for CPC leaders and cadres in the new era to mas⁃ter the tenets of Marxism,which reflects the fact that the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jingping at it core has a deep understanding of and attaches great importance to the status and role of Marxism.Mastering Marxism in the new era will help the CPC members strengthen their ideals and beliefs,boost their political stand,improve their political and theoretical level,enhance their theoretical thinking ability,and enhance their ability to solve practical problems and plan for develop⁃ment.To master Marxism in the new era,we need to strengthen our efforts to study Marxist theory,treat Marxism scientifically,conduct in-depth social practice,carry out investigations and research,consciously arm our minds and guide our practice with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chi⁃nese Characteristics for a New Era,and constantly open up a new realm for adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and our times.
