算力服务能力成熟度评估模型标准解读

摘要 新一代信息技术应用的蓬勃发展,新型计算层出不穷,算力资源的需求日益旺盛,算力服务水平参差不齐,亟需标准为行业提供规范和评价依据。重点解读团体标准CESA-2022-042《算力服务能力成熟度评估模型》。介绍了该标准的适用范围,详细阐述了算力服务能力成熟度评估模型和算力服务能力成熟度等级以及组织保障、技术、资源、流程等方面的要求,对该标准的推广应用进行了分析。该标准的制定对推动我国算力服务高质量发展,落实“东数西算”战略具有重要支撑作用,对促进算力服务产业发展目标的实现具有重要意义。 With the vigorous development of the application of the new generation of information technology and the endless emergence of new types of computing,the demand for computing resources is increasingly strong.However,the service level of computing is uneven,and standards are urgently needed to provide specifications and evaluation basis for the industry.This paper focuses on the interpretation of CESA-2022-042"Computing service capability maturity assessment model".This paper introduces the scope of application of the standard,expounds the maturity assessment model and maturity level of computing service capability,and the requirements of organizational support,technology,resources,process,etc.,and analyzes the popularization and application of the standard.The establishment of the standard plays an important role in promoting the development of high quality of computing service,implementing the strategy of"counting east and counting west",and is of great significance in promoting the realization of development goal of computing service industry.
