摘要
从专业标准化科研机构视角出发,立足标准化助力创新发展重要作用为背景,通过分析实践应用型、研究型、管理型、国际复合型4个标准化人才方向的职业发展路径,总结标准化人才培养和发展困境,研究提出今后做好标准化人才培养工作的思考建议,旨在吸引更多优秀人才投身到标准化工作中,为实施国家标准化战略贡献力量。
from the perspective of a professional standardization research institution,the paper focuses on the important role of standardization in promoting innovative development.By analyzing the career development paths of standardization talents in four directions:practical application,research-oriented,management-oriented,and international composite,this study summarizes the challenges in the cultivation and development of standardization talents.It further proposes considerations and suggestions for improving the training of standardization talents,aiming to attract more outstanding individuals to engage in standardization work and contribute to the implementation of national standardization strategies.
