《数字中国建设整体布局规划》中明确了数字中国建设过程中的“2522”整体框架,为推进数字技术与经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明建设等方面深度融合给出了指导性意见,规划背后值得思考的是标准在整个数字中国建设整体框架中起到的作用。在解读《数字中国建设整体布局规划》的基础上,从数字中国建设整体的建设基础、社会赋能、关键能力和发展环境4个角度全面解读《数字中国建设整体布局规划》中对标准的启示,深层次探讨标准对更好地建设“五位一体”融合的数字化中国的重要作用。
The"Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China"clarifies the overall framework of"2522"during the construction of digital China,providing guidance for promoting the deep integration of digital technology with economic,political,cultural,socialand ecological civilization construction.What is worth considering behind the plan is the role of standards in the overall framework of the construction of Digital China.Based on the interpretation of the"Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China",this paper interprets the comprehensively inspiration for standards in the"Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China"from four perspectives:the overall construction foundation,social empowerment,key capabilities,and development environment.It deeply explores the important role of standards in better building a"A Five-Pronged Approach"integrated digital China.
