补阳还五汤联合五苓散对气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病患者血清LN、PC-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ的影响

Effect of Buyang Hunwu decoction and Wuling powder on serum LN,PC-Ⅲand Col-Ⅳin patients with diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的:观察补阳还五汤联合五苓散治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效,及其对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及肾纤维化指标的影响。方法:选取60例气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为两组各30例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予补阳还五汤联合五苓散治疗,疗程为8周,比较两组患者治疗前后的肾功能、肾纤维化指标及中医临床证候等变化,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为56.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组的肾功能、肾纤维化指标及中医临床证候均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合五苓散对糖尿病肾病患者疗效显著,可以改善肾功能,延缓肾功能恶化进程及肾纤维化,减少尿蛋白。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction and Wuling powder on diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis and its effect on renal function and renal fibrosis indexes of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Buyang Huanwu decoction and Wuling powder on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of renal function,renal fibrosis indexes and TCM clinical symptoms of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment,and statistically analysed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.33%,while that of control group was 56.67%,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In both groups,renal function,renal fibrosis indexes and TCM clinical symptom were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction and Wuling powder on diabetic nephropathy is significant,which can improve the renal function,delay the progression of renal function deterioration and the renal fibrosis,and reduce the urinary protein.
