摘要
我国金银花的主要种植区域集中在西北、华中等地,传统的金银花采摘机机械化程度低,容易受到地形条件的限制无法进行大规模采收,导致区域性经济的发展不平衡不充分。详细介绍花叶兼收型金银花采摘机的总体设计、工作原理、关键零部件结构设计、材料选用及机械的总体特点。研制的花叶兼收型采摘机解决了采摘过程中破损花朵、采摘效率低下、受环境因素影响无法工作等问题。
The main planting areas of honeysuckle in China are concentrated in the northwest,central China and other places.The traditional honeysuckle harvester has a low degree of mechanization,which is easy to be restricted by the terrain conditions and can not be harvested on a large scale,resulting in unbalanced and inadequate regional economic development.The author of this paper introduces in detail the overall design,working principle,structural design of key parts,material selection and overall characteristics of the machinery of the flower and leaf harvesting honeysuckle harvester.The flower and leaf harvesting harvester developed in this paper solves the problems of damaged flowers,low harvesting efficiency,and inability to work due to environmental factors.
