摘要
利用Creo Simulate软件对后桥差速器壳体进行了有限元分析,得到了后桥差速器的静力学分析结论,并从结构改进和材料改进两方面入手,解决后桥差速器壳体爪部容易断裂的问题。
A The finite element analysis of the rear axle differential housing was made by the Creo Simulate software,and the conclusion of the static analysis of the rear axle differential was obtained,and the problem of the fracture of the rear axle differential housing jaws was solved by both structural improvement and material improvement.
