我国高等教育已经进入新时代,全面提升高校教师的思想政治素质修养,既是落实高校立德树人根本任务的需要,也是满足高校教师自我发展的需要。面对新的知识、新的环境、新的受众,高校教师的思想政治工作不能仅仅停留在政策口号和道德伦理层面,还必须立足于中国特色社会主义高等教育事业的新实践,发现新问题,回应新要求,构筑起科学、系统、鲜明的高校教师思想政治工作体系,为实现党的教育理念、方针和目的提供有保障的师资力量。

Higher education in China has entered a new era.Enhancing the ideological and political quality of college teachers is not only a fundamental task of nurturing talents with high moral standards,but also a requirement for the self-development of college teachers.Facing new knowledge,new environments,and new audiences,the ideological and political work of college teachers cannot be limited to policy slogans and moral ethics.Instead,it must be based on the new practices of socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics,discover new problems,respond to new requirements,and construct a scientific,systematic,and distinct ideological and political work system for college teachers,providing a guaranteed teaching force for the realization of the Party's educational philosophy,policies,and objectives.
