新时代高校辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设探析——以浙江工业大学为例

高校辅导员是开展思想政治工作的生力军,肩负着落实立德树人根本任务的时代使命。辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设是党和国家的一项重大政策,也是高校思想政治工作的应有之义。当前,高校辅导员队伍建设取得了显著成效,但在职业认同、职责定位、队伍规划、专业化水平、职业保障等方面还存在一些现实问题与实践偏误。高校要主动适应新时代思想政治工作的要求,以加强制度建设为前提,以提升工作研究能力为关键,以强化教师身份为导向,以可持续发展为保障,切实提升高校辅导员队伍的专业化职业化水平。

University counselors are the backbone of ideological and political work,bearing the mission of implementing the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating talents.The professionalization and specialization of the counselor team is a major policy of the Party and the state,and it is also the obligation of ideological and political work in universities.Currently,the construction of the university counselor team has achieved remarkable results,but there are still some practical problems and errors in professional identity,job positioning,team planning,professional level,and job security.Universities should actively adapt to the requirements of ideological and political work in the new era,to strengthen institutional construction as a prerequisite,to enhance research capabilities as the key,to strengthen the identity of teachers as the guidance,and to ensure sustainable development as the guarantee,effectively improving the professionalization and specialization of the university counselor team.
