防水企业推行生产过程一体化风险评估方法探讨

Discussion on Risk Assessment Methods for Promoting Integrated Production Process in Waterproof Enterprises

防水企业兼并重组、企业联营正成为行业快速发展的新趋势,从而也给企业带来了生产过程一体化这一新课题。在实现生产过程一体化的进程中,引入风险管理,识别、评估一体化进程中的风险,有利于抓住过程中的主要矛盾,提高一体化实施效率。本文提出了一种基于D-S证据理论和AHP层次分析法相结合的生产过程一体化实施风险评估步骤,对于企业快速推行生产过程一体化的风险评估有一定的参考价值。

The merger and reorganization of waterproof enterprises and enterprise alliances are becoming a new trend in the rapid development of the industry,which has also brought a new issue of production process integration to enterprises.In the process of achieving production processes integration,introducing risk management,identifying and evaluating risks in the integration process is beneficial for grasping the main contradictions in the process and improving the efficiency of integration implementation.This article proposes a risk assessment procedure for the implementation of production process integration based on the combination of D-S evidence theory and AHP analytic hierarchy process,which has certain reference value to the risk assessment of enterprise's quick promotion of production process integration.
