调节性T细胞与肿瘤免疫治疗的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 调节性T细胞(Treg)在免疫系统中发挥负性调节作用,对维持机体免疫稳态起重要作用,其特征是CD4^(+)CD25^(+)叉头框蛋白P3(FOXP3)^(+)。Treg在抗原识别、抗原呈递、免疫效应阶段都能发挥免疫抑制功能,通过多种细胞因子、激酶调控肿瘤微环境,在肿瘤免疫抑制和免疫逃逸中发挥重要作用。通过减少Treg数量或下调Treg功能可以起到抗肿瘤作用,针对这些靶点的药物单用或联合免疫检查点抑制剂治疗已取得较大进展。通过改变缺氧微环境,抑制血管生长也可以调控Treg功能。Treg可能与细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关蛋白4(CTLA4)和程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)/程序性死亡受体配体1(PD-L1)单抗潜在的耐药和超进展有关,因此针对Treg的治疗可能有助于解决免疫检查点抑制剂在治疗中的一些问题。本文对Treg在肿瘤免疫中的作用机制予以综述,并阐述通过调控Treg发挥抗肿瘤作用的研究进展。
