瑞马唑仑在腹腔镜胆囊及阑尾手术中的麻醉效果及安全性研究

Study on the Anesthetic Effectiveness and Safety of Remimazolam in Laparoscopic Gallbladder and Appendiceal Surgery

目的:探讨瑞马唑仑在腹腔镜胆囊及阑尾手术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月于常州市武进人民医院行腹腔镜胆囊及阑尾手术治疗的患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组采用常规全身麻醉,观察组采用瑞马唑仑进行全身麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、血流动力学及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组药物起效时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间及定向力恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。麻醉后,两组平均动脉压、心率水平均降低,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:瑞马唑仑用于腹腔镜胆囊及阑尾手术麻醉中,可提高麻醉效果,降低对血流动力学的影响及不良反应发生率,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect and safety of remimazolam in laparoscopic gallbladder and appendiceal surgery.Methods:Seventy-two patients who underwent laparoscopic gallbladder and appendiceal surgery at Changzhou Wujin People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method,with thirty-six cases each.The control group used conventional general anesthesia and the observation group used remimazolam for general anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,hemodynamics and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The drug onset time,eye opening time,extubation time and orientation recovery time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After anesthesia,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate levels were lower in both groups,but the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:The use of remimazolam in laparoscopic gallbladder and appendiceal surgery anesthesia can improve the anesthetic effect,reduce the effect on hemodynamics and the incidence of adverse reactions,and has a higher safety.
