阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Aripiprazole Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探究阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月—2020年4月无锡市精神卫生中心收治的老年精神分裂症患者64例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各32例。对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组给予阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、糖脂代谢指标、认知功能及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组蒙特利尔量表评分和简易精神状态评定量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:阿立哌唑联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症患者的临床疗效显著,可降低药物对患者糖脂代谢指标的影响,促进其认知功能与生活质量改善。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole combined with olanzapine in the treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Sixty-four cases of elderly schizophrenia patients admitted to Wuxi Mental Health Center from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,thirty-two cases each.The control group was given olanzapine treatment and the observation group was given aripiprazole combined with olanzapine treatment.The clinical efficacy,glycolipid metabolic index,cognitive function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).After treatment,the fasting glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Montreal Scale scores and Simple Mental State Rating Scale scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the somatic function,psychological function,social function,and material life scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of aripiprazole combined with olanzapine in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia patients is significant,which can reduce the effects of drugs on patients'glycolipid metabolic indexes and promote their cognitive function and quality of life improvement.
