纳米银医用抗菌敷料联合复方紫草油治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Effects of Nano-silver Medical Antimicrobial Dressing Combined with Compound Comfrey Oil in the Treatment of Patients with II Degree Burn Wounds

目的:探讨纳米银医用抗菌敷料联合复方紫草油治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月—2022年6月新泰市人民医院收治的Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者86例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方紫草油治疗。比较两组患者创面治疗指标、临床疗效、生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,创面疼痛程度评分、创面细菌检测阳性率均低于对照组,创面愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。治疗后,观察组生理、心理、社会、环境评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:纳米银医用抗菌敷料联合复方紫草油治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面患者的效果显著,可加速创面愈合,减轻其疼痛程度,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing combined with compound comfrey oil in the treatment of patients withⅡdegree burn wounds.Methods:Eighty-six cases ofⅡdegree burn wounds patients admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from October 2019 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,forty-three cases each.The control group was given nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound comfrey oil on the basis of the control group.The trauma treatment index,clinical efficacy and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the wound pain degree score and positive rate of wound bacterial detection were lower than those in the control group,and the wound healing rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The total treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).After treatment,the physiological,psychological,social and environmental scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of nano-silver medical antimicrobial dressing combined with compound comfrey oil in treating patients withⅡdegree burn wounds is significant,which can accelerate the wound healing,reduce their pain degree and improve the quality of life.
