风湿骨痛片联合玻璃酸钠治疗中重度膝骨关节炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Fengshi Gutong Tablets Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Moderate to Severe Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨风湿骨痛片联合玻璃酸钠治疗中重度膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1—12月大理市第一人民医院收治的中重度膝骨关节炎患者102例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为中西医联合组与单纯西药组,各51例。单纯西药组应用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,中西医联合组在单纯西药组基础上口服风湿骨痛片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、膝关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及骨代谢相关指标。结果:干预后,中西医联合组膝关节功能评分低于单纯西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。中西医联合组VAS评分低于单纯西药组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。中西医联合组总治疗有效率高于单纯西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。中西医联合组骨钙素N端中分子、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽水平高于单纯西药组,β-胶原降解产物水平低于单纯西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风湿骨痛片联合玻璃酸钠治疗中重度膝骨关节炎的临床疗效显著,可缓解患者的临床症状,改善骨代谢指标,减少疼痛感。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fengshi Gutong tablet combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Dali First People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group and a pure western medicine group,with 51 cases in each group.The pure western medicine group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated with oral Fengshi Gutong Tablets on the basis of the simple western medicine group.The clinical curative effect,knee joint function score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and related indicators of bone metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the knee joint function score in the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that in the simple western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The VAS score of the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that of the pure western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).The total effective rate of the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of the simple western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The N-terminal middle molecule of osteocalcin and the N-terminal elongating peptide of type I collagen in the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were higher than those in the Western medicine group,and theβ-collagen degradation products were lower than those in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fengshi Gutong Tablets combined with sodium hyaluronate has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve bone metabolism indicators,and reduce pain.
