滋肾固精凉血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Clinical Effect of Nourishing Kidney,Strengthening Essence and Cooling Blood in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探究滋肾固精凉血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月昌平区中医医院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者98例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各49例。参照组应用依那普利治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予滋肾固精凉血方治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及尿蛋白水平、肾功能指标、应激反应指标及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。治疗后,研究组HbA1c、尿蛋白水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,研究组血尿素氮水平低于对照组,血肌酐水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,研究组超氧化物歧化酶水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.433)。结论:滋肾固精凉血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果显著,可改善患者肾功能、应激反应等指标,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of nourishing kidney,strengthening essence and cooling blood in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2022,98 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Changping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the research group,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with enalapril,and the study group was treated with nourishing kidney,strengthening essence and cooling blood decoction on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effect,glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and urine protein levels,renal function indicators,stress response indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).After treatment,the levels of HbA1c and urine protein in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the blood urea nitrogen level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the blood creatinine level was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismutase in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.433).Conclusion:The method of nourishing kidney,strengthening essence and cooling blood has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,and can improve the indicators such as renal function and stress response,with high safety.
