罗伊适应模式在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Roy's Adaptation Model in the Nursing of Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探讨罗伊适应模式在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年2月南京市江宁医院血透室收治的实施血液透析治疗患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用罗伊适应模式护理。比较两组护理效果、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组适应能力、治疗依从性评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。结论:罗伊适应模式在血液透析患者护理中应用效果显著,可改善患者生活质量及心理状态,提高其适应能力及治疗依从性,提高患者对治疗、护理服务的认知能力及对医护人员的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Roy's adaptation model in the nursing of hemodialysis patients.Methods:From January 2020 to February 2021,60 patients undergoing hemodialysis who were admitted to the Department of Hemodialysis,Nanjing Jiangning Hospital were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Roy's adaptation model nursing.The nursing effects,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of adaptability and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Conclusion:The application effect of Roy's adaptation model in the nursing of hemodialysis patients is remarkable,which can improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients,improve their adaptability and treatment compliance,improve patients'cognition of treatment and nursing services,and their satisfaction with medical staff.
