综合性护理干预在自发性气胸患者中的护理效果观察

Nursing Effect Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Spontaneous Pneumothorax

目的:分析综合性护理干预在自发性气胸患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月中国人民解放军西部战区总医院收治的自发性气胸患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合性护理干预。比较两组并发症发生情况、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。护理前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理干预在自发性气胸患者中的护理效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,缓解患者的疼痛程度和负性情绪。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax admitted to the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of complications,visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant nursing effect in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax,which can reduce the incidence of complications and relieve the pain and negative emotions of patients.
