积极心理护理对精神分裂症患者的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Positive Psychological Nursing on Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析积极心理护理对精神分裂症患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月滨州市优抚医院接诊的90例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予积极心理护理。比较两组患者阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表评分、生活质量评分增加量、护理服务满意率、焦虑及抑郁评分减少量。结果:护理后,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质生活评分增加量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理服务满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。观察组焦虑、抑郁评分减少量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:积极心理护理对精神分裂症患者的应用效果显著,可改善患者的精神状态与精神分裂症相关症状,提升生活质量与服务质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of positive psychological nursing on patients with schizophrenia.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2022,90 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Binzhou Youfu Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given positive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The positive and negative mental symptom rating scale scores,the increase in quality of life scores,the satisfaction rate of nursing services,and the decreases in anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and general psychopathological scores of the two groups were all decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the increase in physical function,social function,psychological function,and material life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).The reductions in anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Positive psychological nursing has a significant application effect on patients with schizophrenia,which can improve the patients'mental state and schizophrenia-related symptoms,and improve the quality of life and service quality.
