Progress of Research Related to the Relapse of Cough Variant Asthma after Treatment in Children

咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是近年来的研究热点,随着CVA临床认识和诊治水平的提高,其诊断治疗已取得一定的研究进展。药物联合应用是治疗CVA常用且有效的方法,但CVA病程迁延,停药后复发是常见情况,严重影响儿童的身体健康。越来越多的学者开始研究CVA的治疗方法,该文主要整理了前人的研究成果,总结儿童CVA治疗后的复发因素及治疗措施。

Cough variant asthma(CVA)is a research hotspot in recent years,and with the improvement of clinical understanding and diagnosis and treatment of CVA,certain research progress has been made in its diagnosis and treatment.The combination of drugs is a common and effective treatment for CVA,but CVA has a prolonged course and relapse is common after stopping the drugs,which seriously affects the health of children.More and more scholars have started to study the treatment of CVA.This article mainly collates the previous research results and summarizes the relapse factors and treatment measures after treatment of CVA in children.
