A Way to Revitalize the Old Community——Woonerf in Yongfeng Home

文章在介绍了城市共享街道的基础上,结合实际情况,就老旧社区的激活途径进行了分析。以成都高新区永丰家园共享街道改造为例,从项目选址到政策策略,提出了“多元主体、公众参与”的营造核心理念,叙述了“共享街道”改造项目完成的全过程。

Based on the introduction of urban shared streets and combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the activation ways of old communities.Taking the reconstruction of Woonerf in Yongfeng Home in Chengdu High-tech Zone as an example,this paper puts forward the core concept of construction of"multiple subjects and public participation"from project site selection to policy strategies,and describes the whole process of the"Woonerf"reconstruction project.
