摘要
表达城市精神的公共空间是城市规划者、开发商、建筑师的共同需求,大量具有混合功能的文化、商业项目在公共场所的营造方面进行了富有创造力、多元化的尝试。文章通过不同类型的商业建筑——城市商业综合体和低密度街区购物中心的对比,探讨商业建筑的不同布局对城市空间的影响,并结合慈溪爱琴海购物公园项目和宁波北仑小浃江商业的设计实例,阐述了商业建筑的设计与城市空间。
The public space that expresses the urban spirit is the common demand of urban planners,developers,and architects.A large number of cultural and commercial projects with mixed functions in the construction of public places have made creative and diversified attempts.Through the comparison of different types of commercial buildings such as urban commercial complex and lowdensity block shopping center,this paper discusses the influence of different layout of commercial buildings on urban space,and expounds the design of commercial buildings and urban space based on the design examples of Cixi Aegean Shopping Park project and Ningbo Beilun Xiaojiajiang business.
