Application of BIM Technology in Theme Park Architectural Design Project

BIM技术起源于美国,是CAD技术的发展与升级,不仅解决了CAD技术只包含静态和非智能对象、灵活性与动态性都相对不足的问题,而且有效建立了建筑工程不同信息之间的联结,实现了建筑设计的多主体协同操作,并保障了建筑设计效果。作为一种新型建筑模型应用技术,BIM技术对于建设设计工作的开展具有重要意义。但是当前,这一技术在我国的应用还十分有限,技术研究还处于初级阶段,尤其是在主题乐园建筑设计方面,无论是理论研究还是实际应用,都处于一种不充分、不全面的状态。为加强对这一技术的研究,文章从BIM技术的特点入手,结合主题乐园建筑设计的特征以及特殊性,以北京环球度假区项目的BIM技术应用为例,对BIM技术在国内其他主题乐园建筑设计中的应用形式以及应用策略展开研究。并从前期准备、设计过程、施工管理等三个维度,对BIM技术的应用要点进行分析,力求通过对主题乐园建筑设计中BIM技术的应用进行研究,全面促进我国BIM技术的应用与发展。

BIM technology originated in the United States and is a development and upgrade of CAD technology.It not only solves the problems that CAD technology only contains static and non intelligent objects,and lacks flexibility and dynamism.Moreover,it effectively establishes connections between different information in construction engineering,realizes multi-agent collaborative operation of architectural design,and ensures the effectiveness of architectural design.As a new application technology of architectural model,BIM technology is of great significance to the development of construction design work.However,currently,the application of this technology in China is still very limited,and technical research is still in the initial stage,especially in the aspect of the architectural design of theme park buildings.Both theoretical research and practical application are in an insufficient and incomplete state.In order to strengthen the research on this technology,this article starts with the characteristics of BIM technology,combines the characteristics and particularity of theme park architectural design of theme parks,and takes the application of BIM technology in the Universal Beijing Resort project as an example to study the application forms and strategies of BIM technology in other theme park architectural designs in China.And it analyzes the application points of BIM technology from three dimensions:preliminary preparation,design process,and construction management,and strives to comprehensively promote the application and development of BIM technology in China through the study of the application of BIM technology in theme park architectural design.
