文章研究智慧城市的全方位基础数据平台,通过建设由城市现状、规划及建设阶段的城市数据组成的城市模型,搭建数字城市建设管理的平台,汇聚规划设计的地形、道路、城市地下管线、地块建筑等模型,形成城市开发建设的虚拟城市“三维电子沙盘”,并积极推动数字化技术在城市开发和工程建设项目中应用,进一步推进国家智慧城市的建设。

This paper studies the comprehensive basic data platform of smart city.By constructing an urban model composed of urban data at the city status quo,planning and construction stage,it builds a platform for digital city construction and management,gathers the planned and designed terrain,road,urban underground pipeline,block building and other models to form a virtual city"three-dimensional electronic sand table"for urban development and construction,and actively promotes the application of digital technology in urban development and engineering construction projects to further promote the construction of national smart cities.
