非光气熔融酯交换法制备芳香族聚碳酸酯合成技术研究

摘要 以碳酸二甲酯(DMC)、苯酚(PH)、双酚A(BPA)为主要原料,合成了芳香族双酚A型聚碳酸酯(PC),选取出酯交换反应合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)和酯化熔融缩聚合成PC的工艺流程,重点考察了酯化工序中的酯化温度、酯化时间和缩聚工序过程中的缩聚温度、缩聚时间以及PC切粒方式等控制要点[1]。确定了制备出最优良的PC树脂的几个具体制备工艺条件:第一级酯化温度230~235℃,酯化时间约135 min;第二级酯化温度235~240℃,酯化时间约150 min;第三级酯化温度240~245℃,酯化时间约30 min;缩聚温度250~255℃,缩聚时间120 min。 With dimethyl carbonate(DMC),phenol(PH),bisphenol A(BPA)as main raw materials,aromatic bisphenol A polycarbonate(PC)was synthesized,the ester exchange reaction process for synthesis of dipheny1 carbonate(DPC)and esterification melt polycondensation process for synthesis of PC were selected,control points in the esterification process and the polycondensation process were discussed,such as the esterification temperature,the esterification time,the polycondensation temperature,the polycondensation time and the PC granulation method.Several specific conditions for preparing the best PC resin were determined as follows:the first esterification temperature was 230~235℃,and the esterification time was about 135 min;the second stage was esterified at 235~240℃,and the esterification time was about 150 min;the third-stage esterification temperature was 240-245 ℃,and the esterification time was about 30 min;the polycondensation temperature was 250~255℃,polycondensation time was 120 min.
