摘要
针对温度对聚丙烯环管反应器内部流场的影响进行了研究,首先通过运用AUTOCAD、ANSYS等软件,对聚丙烯环管反应器进行二维工程图的建立、三维模型的建立以及网格划分,同时建立好数学模型与边界条件。其次通过运用流体力学软件对三维模型进行求解计算,通过求解计算可以得到聚丙烯环管反应器在不同温度下内部流场中的温度云图。最后通过对温度云图的研究与对比分析,进一步判断出在何种温度下,环管反应器内部温度的分布更为均匀,对丙烯聚合反应更有利。
The influence of temperature on the flow field inside the polypropylene 1oop reactor was studied.Firstly,through the use of AUTOCAD,ANSYS and other software,the two-dimensional engineering drawing of the polypropylene loop reactor was established,the three-dimensional model was established and the gnid was divided,and the mathematical model and boundary conditions were established.Secondly,the fluid mechanics software was used to solve the three dimensional model,the internal flow field temperature nephogram in the polypropylene 1oop reactor at different temperatures was obtained by the solution calculation.F inally,through the study and comparative analysis of temperature cloud,it was further judged that at what temperature,the distribution of temperature inside the ring-tube reactor was more uniform,which was more favorable to the polymerization of propylene.
