肩关节镜对肩袖撕裂患者的治疗价值研究

Study on the Therapeutic Value of Shoulder Arthroscopy in Patients with Rotator Cuff Tear

目的研究肩关节镜手术应用于肩袖撕裂患者的治疗价值。方法随机选取2019年10月—2020年10月期间山东省菏泽市立医院收治的100例肩袖撕裂患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,每组50例。研究组行关节镜下手术治疗,对照组行开放性手术治疗。记录并对比两组治疗前后肩关节功能变化情况。结果研究组术前Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分为(59.86±6.32)分,与对照组(59.90±6.29)分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.032,P>0.05)。经随访,研究组术后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分为(94.58±1.07)分,高于对照组的(81.17±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=33.180,P<0.05)。结论对肩袖撕裂患者应用肩关节镜手术治疗效果显著。

Objective To study the therapeutic value of shoulder arthroscopic surgery in patients with rotator cuff tear.Methods 100 patients with rotator cuff tears admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital in Shandong Province from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The study group underwent arthroscopic surgery,while the control group underwent open surgery.The changes of shoulder joint function before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative Constant-Murley shoulder function scale in the study group was(59.86±6.32)points,and there was no statistically significant difference compared to the control group(59.90±6.29)points(t=0.032,P>0.05).After follow-up,the postoperative Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the study group was(94.58±1.07)points higher than that of the control group(81.17±2.65)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=33.180,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic shoulder surgery on patients with rotator cuff tear is significant.
