原发性三叉神经痛治疗中奥卡西平的效果及其有效机制探讨

Effect and Mechanism of Oxcarbazepine in Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的探讨对于原发性三叉神经痛患者应用奥卡西平的效果及有效机制。方法方便选取2019年1月—2020年4月临清市人民医院收治的原发性三叉神经痛患者68例,以患者入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上应用奥卡西平治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、睡眠及生活质量以及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的疼痛、睡眠质量及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛、睡眠质量及生活质量评分较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对原发性三叉神经痛患者在常规治疗基础上应用奥卡西平可显著缓解患者疼痛,改善睡眠质量与生活质量,且不良反应发生率低,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect and effective mechanism of oxasepine in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 68 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to Linqing People's Hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were conveniently selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with oxasepine on this basis.The efficacy,pain,quality of sleep and life and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%higher than that of the control group(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain,sleep quality and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain,sleep quality and quality of life scores of the observation group were improved more significantly than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,oxasepine can significantly relieve pain,improve sleep quality and quality of life,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
