苯巴比妥加地西泮治疗急诊小儿惊厥的效果及对血清因子的影响

Effectiveness of Phenobarbital Plus Diazepam on the Treatment of Emergency Pediatric Convulsions and Effects on Their Serum Factors

目的探讨急诊小儿惊厥行苯巴比妥加地西泮治疗的效果。方法方便择取2018年10月—2021年12月于福州儿童医院急诊科就诊的惊厥患儿96例作为研究对象,通过信封随机化分组模式,均分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组实施地西泮治疗,观察组在上述基础上加行苯巴比妥。统计两组治疗后的有效率、血清指标水平和预后效果。结果治疗后,观察组CRP(10.53±1.73)mg/L、PCT(0.27±0.02)μg/L水平低于对照组的(19.41±1.97)mg/L、(0.55±0.04)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=23.465、43.377,P<0.001)。对照组随访半年、1年时的惊厥累计复发次数显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=58.927、52.675,P<0.001)。观察组随访半年和1年时的癫痫确诊率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.347、4.414,P<0.05)。结论苯巴比妥联合地西泮治疗小儿惊厥的效果明确,血清指标水平更为稳定。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency pediatric convulsions treated with Phenobarbital plus Diazepam.Methods Ninety-six cases of children with convulsions admintted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Fuzhou Children's Hospital from October 2018 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the study subjects and divided evenly into observation and control groups by envelope randomization grouping pattern,with 48 cases in each group.Diazepam treatment was implemented in the control group,and Phenobarbital was added to the above in the observation group.Calculated the effective rate,serum indicator levels,and prognosis of two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of CRP(10.53±1.73)mg/L and PCT(0.27±0.02)μg/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(19.41±1.97)mg/L and(0.55±0.04)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.465,43.377,P<0.001).The cumulative recurrence frequency of seizures in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group at half a year and 1 year follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(t=58.927,52.675,P<0.001).The percentage of confirmed epilepsy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at half a year and 1 year follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.347,4.414,P<0.05).Conclusion Phenobarbital combined with Diazepam was clearly effective in the treatment of pediatric convulsions,and serum indicator levels were more stable.
