临床药物指导糖尿病患者血糖与用药依从性的影响研究

Effect of Clinical Drug Guidance on Blood Glucose and Medication Compliance in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨药物指导糖尿病患者血糖与用药依从性的影响研究。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月胜利石油管理局龙口基地中心卫生院就诊的98例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予常规药物指导,观察组给予规范化药物指导。比较两组患者血糖控制水平、用药依从性、不良反应发生率和满意度情况。结果观察组空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白数值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药依从性大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率为95.91%高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实行规范化用药指导,可提升患者安全性,改善患者临床治疗效果,促使用药合理化,患者可主动参与到用药指导中。

Objective To explore the effect of drug guidance on blood glucose and medication adherence in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 98 diabetic patients treated in the Health Center of Longkou Base,Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug guidance.The observation group was given standardized drug guidance.Blood glucose control level,medication compliance,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication adherence of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.91%,which was higher than that of the control group 81.63%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized medication guidance for diabetic patients can improve patient safety,improve clinical treatment effect,promote rationalization of drug use,and patients can actively participate in medication guidance.
