高剂量盐酸二甲双胍对内镜下结肠息肉切除术伴2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

Effect of High-dose Metformin Hydrochloride on Blood Glucose Control in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Undergoing Endoscopic Polypectomy

目的探究高剂量盐酸二甲双胍对内镜下结肠息肉切除术伴2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2022年3月于云霄县中医院接受内镜下结肠息肉切除术治疗伴2型糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,依据随机原则分成两组,各40例。A组予以低剂量(0.5 g/d)盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,B组予以高剂量(1.5 g/d)盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,均持续治疗12周。对比两组治疗前后血糖水平变化,并予以安全性评估。结果治疗12周后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平较治疗前均降低,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高剂量盐酸二甲双胍在内镜下结肠息肉切除术伴2型糖尿病患者治疗中应用效果确切,能更好地控制患者血糖水平,且不会增加不良反应发生,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of high-dose metformin hydrochloride on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing endoscopic colon polypectomy.Methods From January 2019 to March 2022,80 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent endoscopic colonic polypectomy in Yunxiao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with low-dose(0.5 g/d)metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and group B was treated with high-dose(1.5 g/d)metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for 12 weeks.The changes in blood glucose levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the safety was evaluated.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and group B was lower than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose metformin hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing endoscopic colonic polypectomy.It can better control the blood glucose level of patients without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has high safety.
