二甲双胍加德谷胰岛素用于2型糖尿病合并冠心病治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Metformin Plus Insulin Gludec in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者采用二甲双胍加德谷胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月在费县中医医院接受治疗的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者60例作为研究对象,将入选的患者通过电脑随机选取法分成观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者采取单独德谷胰岛素治疗,观察组患者采用二甲双胍联合德谷胰岛素方案治疗,将两组临床效果进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组患者血糖达标时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的餐前/餐后血糖水平以及糖化血红蛋白指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血脂各指标与对照组相比得到显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用二甲双胍与德谷胰岛素联合方案对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者进行治疗,可取得较为理想的临床治疗效果,确保患者血糖水平控制在最佳范围,改善患者血脂水平,减少并发症发生率,从而降低疾病对患者健康造成的危害性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metformin plus insulin gludec in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease who were treated in Feixian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the selected patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with separate insulin therapy,while the observation group patients were treated with metformin combined with insulin therapy.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had a shorter time for blood glucose to reach the standard than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement effect of pre/post meal blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood lipid indicators of the observation group patients were significantly improved compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metformin and insulin degludec in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease can achieve a relatively ideal clinical therapeutic effect,ensure that the blood glucose level of the patients is controlled in the optimal range,improve the blood lipid level of the patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.Thereby reducing the hazards caused by diseases to the health of patients.
