基于营养状态开展分层护理干预对肝硬化合并糖尿病患者肝功能与血糖水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析研究罹患肝硬化合并糖尿病患者护理中基于营养状态开展分层护理干预对其预后的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院收治的80例肝硬化合并糖尿病患者展开对照分析,根据护理干预方法的不同分为对照组、观察组,每组40例,前者予以常规护理,后者基于营养状态开展分层护理干预。比较两组血糖指标、心理状态、营养指标、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组营养状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝硬化合并糖尿病患者护理期间通过予以基于营养状态开展分层护理干预,可稳定血糖水平,改善营养状态。 Objective To analyze and study the effect of stratified nursing intervention based on nutritional status on the prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis and diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with cirrhosis complicated with diabetes who were admitted to Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected for control analysis.According to different nursing intervention methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The former received routine nursing,and the latter conducts stratified nursing intervention based on nutritional status.The blood glucose index,psychological states,nutritional index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood sugar level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing period of patients with cirrhosis and diabetes,stratified nursing intervention based on nutritional status can stabilize blood sugar level and improve nutritional status.
