摘要
目的研究糖尿病肾病患者接受饮食护理的干预效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月期间泉州市第一医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=60)接受常规护理,观察组(n=60)接受常规护理+饮食护理干预,比较两组患者的血糖控制情况、并发症发生率以及生活质量改善情况。结果干预后,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者实施饮食护理干预既可以平稳控制患者的血糖值,还可以降低并发症的发生风险,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the intervention effect of diet nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 120 patients with diabetes nephropathy admitted by the First Hospital of Quanzhou City from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups by using the method of random number table.The control group(n=60)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=60)received routine nursing+diet nursing intervention.The blood glucose control,complication rate and quality of life improvement of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels of the two groups of patients were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet nursing intervention for patients with diabetic nephropathy can not only control the blood glucose level of patients stably,but also reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
