家庭护理与生活方式强化管理联用对儿童青少年1型糖尿病患儿血糖水平及效果分析

Analysis of Blood Glucose Level and Effect of Family Nursing Combined with Intensive Lifestyle Management in Children and Adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

目的讨论家庭护理与生活方式强化管理联用对儿童青少年1型糖尿病患儿实施效果分析。方法选取2019年6月—2022年6月泉州市儿童医院80例儿童青少年1型糖尿病患儿,随机分为对照组40例(常规护理)与研究组40例(对照组基础上实施家庭护理与生活方式强化管理联用模式)。观察血糖水平、糖尿病控制状况、生活质量。结果干预后研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白三项血糖指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组糖尿病自觉症状、治疗目标、治疗情况、疾病认知、生活习惯、生存技能6项糖尿病控制状况维度指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组情感、躯体、学校功能、社交维度4项生活质量维度指标及总分指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童青少年1型糖尿病患儿接受家庭护理与生活方式强化管理联用措施利于控制血糖水平,提高病情控制水平,提高生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect analysis of the combination of family nursing and lifestyle intensive management on children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes in Quanzhou Children's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into 40 cases in the control group(routine care)and 40 cases in the research group(on the basis of the control group,the combination of home care and lifestyle intensive management was implemented).Observe blood glucose level,diabetes control status,quality of life.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the six dimensions of diabetes control status in the study group,including subjective symptoms of diabetes,treatment goals,treatment conditions,disease awareness,living habits,and survival skills,were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the four quality of life indicators and total scores of emotional,physical,school function,and social dimensions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined measures of family nursing and lifestyle intensive management in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes are beneficial to control blood glucose levels,improve the level of disease control,and improve the quality of life.
