前列地尔和胰激肽原酶用于早期糖尿病肾病患者治疗中的价值分析

Value Analysis of Proprostadil and Pancreatic Kinase in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察前列地尔和胰激肽原酶用于早期糖尿病肾病患者治疗中的价值。方法选择哈尔滨市第一医院2021年7月—2022年7月早期糖尿病肾病患者88例,以入院时间不同分出常规组、研究组,每组44例。先入院者予以常规治疗纳入常规组,后入院者予以前列地尔和胰激肽原酶治疗纳入研究组,比较两组治疗前后肾功能指标、治疗前后血糖水平、治疗前后炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者肾功能指标、血糖水平、炎性因子水平相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组肾功能指标、血糖水平、炎性因子水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者接受前列地尔和胰激肽原酶治疗效果良好,可加强肾功能反应,改善血糖状况。

Objective To observe the value of alprostadil and pancreatic kininogenase in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 88 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from July 2021 to July 2022 in Harbin First Hospital were selected and divided into conventional group and experimental group according to different admission time,with 44 patients in each group.The patients admitted first received conventional treatment and were included in the conventional group,while the patients admitted later received alprostadil and pancreatic kininogenase treatment and were included in the experimental group.Renal function indexes,blood glucose levels,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,renal function indexes,blood glucose levels and inflammatory factors in 2 groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The renal function index,blood glucose level and inflammatory factor level of experimental group were lower than those of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of alprostadil and pancreatic kininogenase in early diabetic nephropathy patients is good,which can enhance renal function response and improve blood glucose status.
