胰岛素笔联合社区针对性保健干预对居家糖尿病患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Insulin Pen Combined with Targeted Health Care Intervention in Community for Diabetic Patients at Home

目的给予居家糖尿病患者应用胰岛素笔联合社区针对性保健干预措施,并了解其应用效果。方法采用抽签的方式将2021年2月—2022年7月厦门市集美区杏林卫生服务中心的130例居家糖尿病患者分为两组,对照组(n=65)应用口服降糖药物联合社区常规保健干预,研究组(n=65)应用胰岛素笔联合社区针对性保健干预,观察比较两组患者接受干预前后的血糖指标、保健效果以及生活质量评分。结果干预后,研究组患者的血糖指标中FPG为(5.23±0.31)mmol/L、2 hPG为(9.77±0.44)mmol/L、HbA1c为(6.23±0.18)%;保健效果评分中饮食控制评分为(6.37±0.44)分、血糖监测评分为(5.34±0.41)分、足部保健评分为(6.53±0.20)分、运动评分为(5.91±0.17)分;生活质量评分中躯体评分为(21.33±3.12)分、生理评分为(22.09±1.27)分、心理评分为(23.02±0.88)分、社会评分为(20.35±2.20)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予居家糖尿病患者应用胰岛素笔联合社区针对性保健干预的应用效果良好,患者的血糖指标、保健效果以及生活质量均得到显著优化,应用价值较高。

Objective To give home-based diabetic patients the application of insulin pen combined with targeted health interventions in the community,and to understand the effect of its application.Methods 130 patients with diabetes at home from February 2021 to July 2022 in Xinglin Health Service Center,Jimei District,Xiamen were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group(n=65)was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with routine community health care intervention,and the study group(n=65)was treated with insulin pen combined with targeted health care intervention in the community.The blood glucose indicators,health care effects and quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention were observed and compared.Results After intervention,in the blood glucose index,the FPG of the study group patients was(5.23±0.31)mmol/L,2 hPG was(9.77±0.44)mmol/L,and HbA1c was(6.23±0.18)%;in the health effect score,the diet control score was(6.37±0.44)points,the blood glucose monitoring score was(5.34±0.41)points,the foot health score was(6.53±0.20)points,and the exercise score was(5.91±0.17)points;in the quality of life score,the physical score was(21.33±3.12)points,the physiological score was(22.09±1.27)points,the psychological score was(23.02±0.88)points,and the social score was(20.35±2.20)points,all of which were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of insulin pen combined with community specific health care intervention for diabetes patients at home is good.The blood glucose index,health care effect and quality of life of patients have been significantly optimized,with high application value.
