摘要
百年大计,教育为本。今天,党和国家的事业发展进入历史新时期,我国高等教育进入普及化新阶段,人民群众对高质量教育需求愈发迫切。继续教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,应为提升公民素质和培养优秀人才持续助力。受到高校管理思路、继续教育开展形式以及社会环境变化等因素影响,现阶段的继续教育未能有效地融入高校发展战略中。切实加强继续教育教学改革,从明确继续教育教学工作原则、把控继续教育教学的现实内容、重构继续教育教学的基本方式等三个方面提升高校继续教育“含金量”;从主体性、科学性以及实用性等角度出发,融入中国特色社会主义文化自信,并结合新时代社会发展要求对高校继续教育发展路径进行构建与优化。探究新时代高校继续教育的新路径和新方向,推动高校继续教育高质量发展。
Education is the foundation of a nation’s long-term plan.Today,as the development of the Party and the country enters a new historical period,China’s higher education is moving into a new stage of popularization,and people’s demand for high-quality education is becoming increasingly urgent.Continuing education,as an important part of higher education,should play a lasting role in improving the quality of citizens and cultivating outstanding talents.However,due to factors such as the management approach of universities,the implementation of continuing education,and changes in the social environment,continuing education has not been effectively integrated into the development strategy of universities at this stage.To effectively strengthen the reform of continuing education,it is necessary to clarify the principles of continuing education,control the practical content of continuing education,and reconstruct the basic methods of continuing education to enhance the“value”of continuing education in universities.From the perspectives of subjectivity,scientificity,and practicality,the development path of continuing education in universities should be constructed and optimized by integration with the cultural confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics,and combined with the requirements of social development in the new era.The exploration of new paths and directions for continuing education in universities in the new era helps to promote the high-quality development of continuing education in universities.
