摘要
在以质量建设和质量革命为主导逻辑的高等教育新时代,国际教师职业发展是提高高校人才培养质量和效益的根本支撑和内在保障,必须走出教与学分离的认知误区和实践误区,走向教与学的整合范式。教师管理和评价制度规定僵化,教师发展中心专业协调不当,外部机制失衡,内部动力不足;要将教师队伍的专业化发展充分融入全体教师的一贯吸引力和综合行动中,同时打破高校教师教育专业化发展的困境,就有必要回到教学中心,创造优秀的教学文化,重构教师教学评价体系的设计和运行,发挥教师发展中心的职能,建立一个师生独立有效互动的教师社区,实现“他律”与“自助”相结合,以推动高校教师职业培训纵向深化,助力国际教师的教学思维转型。
In the new era of higher education dominated by the logic of quality construction and quality revolution,international teacher career development is the fundamental support and internal guarantee to improve the quality and efficiency of college personnel training.It is necessary to get out of the cognitive and practical misunderstanding of the separation of teaching and learning and move towards the integration paradigm of teaching and learning.The regulation of teacher management and evaluation system is rigid,the professional coordination of teacher development center is improper,the external mechanism is unbalanced,and the internal motivation is insufficient.In order to fully integrate the professional development of teachers into the consistent attraction and comprehensive action of all teachers,and break the dilemma of professional development of teacher education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to return to the teaching center,create excellent teaching culture,reconstruct the design and operation of teacher teaching evaluation system,and give full play to the function of teacher development center.It is suggested to establish a teacher community with independent and effective interaction between teachers and students,and to realize the combination of“heteronomy”and“self-discipline”,so as to promote the deepening of vocational training for university teachers and to assist in the transformation of teaching thinking for international teachers.
