摘要 在“双师”教学模式下,行业专家和企业代表能够为学生提供更加贴近实际的教学内容和案例分析,学生更好地理解和应用所学知识。同时,专业教师能够提供系统性和规范化的教学内容和方法,确保学生能够掌握相关的理论和实践知识。二者的合作能够促进教学和学习的质量和效果,帮助学生更好地为未来的工作和生活做好准备。从“双高计划”下高校新型“双师”教学创新团队建设的角度出发,探讨了建设中存在的问题和解决措施。具体围绕教师团队建设和培养、产学研合作、教学资源整合和优化、教学评价和质量管理等四个方面,分别分析了存在的问题和应对措施。并提出了高校需要建立健全的机制,推动教师团队的优化和高效运作,提高教师的教学质量和效果,不断推进教育教学改革和创新。通过多方合作和共同努力,相信“双高计划”下高校新型“双师”教学创新团队建设一定会取得更加显著的成效。 Under the teaching model of“double-qualified teachers”,industry experts and enterprise representatives can provide students with more practical teaching content and case analysis,helping them better understand and apply the knowledge they have learned.At the same time,professional teachers can provide systematic and standardized teaching content and methods to ensure that students can master relevant theoretical and practical knowledge.The cooperation between the two can promote the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning,and help students better prepare for their future work and life.This article discusses the problems and solutions in the construction of a new type of“double-qualified teacher”teaching innovation team in universities under the“double high plan”.Focusing specifically on four aspects:teacher team building and training,industry-university-research cooperation,integration and optimization of teaching resources,teaching evaluation,and quality management,the paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures.It also proposes that in universities it is necessary to establish a sound mechanism to promote the optimization and efficient operation of teacher teams,improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers’teaching,and continuously promote educational reform and innovation.Through multi-party cooperation and joint efforts,it is believed that more significant results will be achieved in the construction of a new type of“double-qualified teacher”teaching innovation team in universities under the“double high plan”.
