随着科技的不断发展和社会的不断进步,劳动教育在高校教育中的地位越来越受到重视。在智能时代,劳动教育的价值和意义更加凸显。在实践中,智能时代高校劳动教育仍面临诸多难题和挑战,如教育资源不足、传统教育观念难以改变、实践困境等。基于此,从劳动教育的意义和价值入手,阐述智能时代劳动教育的发展趋势,并提出劳动教育的超越路径,包括科技创新教育、创业创新教育和社会实践教育。接下来,将重点探讨劳动教育的落地问题,并提出劳动教育的落地路径,包括教育与实践相结合、社会合作共建和校企合作。旨在探究智能时代高校劳动教育的价值超越与落地路径,从实践困境的角度出发,分析高校劳动教育在落地过程中所面临的困境,并提出对策,包括培养教师专业素质、加强教育资源的投入和建立清晰的劳动教育理念,从而为同行提供参考借鉴。

With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous progress of society,the position of labor education in higher education has been paid more and more attention.In the era of intelligence,the value and significance of labor education are more prominent.However,in practice,labor education in colleges and universities in the era of intelligence still faces many problems and challenges,such as insufficient educational resources,difficulties in changing traditional educational concepts,and difficulties in practice.Based on this,starting with the significance and value of labor education,this paper elaborates the development trend of labor education in the intelligent era,and propose the transcending path of labor education,including scientific and technological innovation education,entrepreneurship innovation education and social practice education.Next,it focuses on the implementation of labor education,and proposes the implementation path of labor education,including the combination of education and practice,social collaborative construction and school-enterprise cooperation.With the aim to explore the value transcendence and landing path of labor education in colleges and universities in the era of intelligence and from the perspective of practical dilemmas,it analyzes the dilemma faced by labor education in colleges and universities in the process of landing,and puts forward countermeasures,including cultivating teachers’professional quality,strengthening the investment of education resources and establishing clear labor education concepts so as to provide reference for peers.
