高职院校劳动教育的思政功能研究

Ideological and Political Functions ofLabor Education in Vocational Colleges

我国教育改革已进入关键期,为实现职业人才多元化培养的总目标,国家对职业院校的建设投入不断增加,宣传成本逐步扩充,使职业教育坚持肩负新时代人才培养的教育使命。所以职业院校要重视自身内部建设,其中不仅要专业课程权威、师资力量完备,而且要把思想品德、劳动教育、教育实践等基础课程安排到日常教育中,满足复合型人才培养的教育兴国战略。职业院校在教育体系中各有侧重,多数以劳动技能的教育为主,造成劳动教育与其他教育脱节,教育价值没有更好地体现。将三者更好地结合,相互促进、相互影响,推动“劳动教育”和“教育劳动”的统一。对职业教育中劳动教育的内涵及意义进行详述,并提供实现劳动教育内容构建的建议,探究思想政治教育与劳动教育二者融合发展的有效途径,创建劳动思想政治教育新格局。

China’s educational reform has entered a critical period.In order to achieve the overall goal of diversified cultivation of vocational talents,the state has continuously increased investment in the construction of vocational colleges and gradually expanded the cost of publicity,making vocational education adhere to the educational mission of cultivating talents in the new era.Therefore,vocational colleges should attach importance to their own internal construction,which requires not only authoritative professional courses and complete teaching staff,but also basic courses such as ideological and moral character,labor education,and educational practice to be included in daily education to meet the education rejuvenation strategy of cultivating versatile talents.However,actual vocational colleges have different emphasis in the education system,with most of them focusing on labor skills education,resulting in a disconnection between labor education and other education,and the value of education is not better reflected.Only by better combining the three,promoting and influencing each other,can we promote the unity of“labor education”and“educational labor”.This article elaborates on the connotation and significance of labor education in practical vocational education,provides suggestions for realizing the construction of labor education content,explores effective ways to integrate and develop ideological and political education and labor education,and creates a new pattern of ideological and political labor education.
