创业教育课程体系的构建与实践研究

从20世纪90年代开始,为解决中等职业教育中师生普遍抵触创业教育、学校普遍缺乏创业教育的课程、资源和师资等问题,青岛旅游学校抓住参与联合国教科文组织实施小企业创业技能课程开发的契机,以实施创业带动就业的倍增效应的敏锐视角和责任担当,率先进行面向21世纪的创业型人才培养研究和实践。历经27年,在国内中等职业教育首创系统化实施创新创业教育的教学方案,在创新创业教育课程体系创建和教学模式、实践模式与评价模式理论创新方面取得了突破,为国内中等职业教育发挥了示范引领作用。

Since the 1990s,in order to address the widespread resistance of teachers and students to entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational education,and the lack of courses,resources,and teachers for entrepreneurship education in schools,Qingdao Tourism School has seized the opportunity to participate in the development of entrepreneurship skills courses for small businesses implemented by UNESCO,with a keen perspective and responsibility to implement the multiplier effect of entrepreneurship and employment,taking the lead in conducting research and practice on the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents facing the 21st century.After 27 years,it has pioneered and systematically implemented a teaching scheme for innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic secondary vocational education,made breakthroughs in the creation of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system and theoretical innovation in teaching models,practical models,and evaluation models,and played a exemplary and leading role in domestic secondary vocational education.
