The Application of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Chang'an District of Xi'an

乡村振兴是实现脱贫攻坚战的关键,随着国家、省、市各级利好政策的颁布,长安区乡村振兴迎来了良好的发展契机。针对长安区乡村亟待解决的现实问题,结合周边地区乡村振兴发展案例的成功经验,提出区域发展的总体定位和目标,并策划“四步走”战略及功能区划分,推动长安区项目落地,实现乡村地区绿色高质量发展。

Rural Revitalization is the key to poverty alleviation.With the favorable policies at all levels of the state,central provinces and municipalities,the rural revitalization of Chang'an District has ushered in a good development opportunity.In view of the practical problems that need to be solved urgently in the villages of Chang'an District,combined with the successful experience of the rural revitalization and development cases in the surrounding areas,the general positioning and objectives of regional development are proposed,and the“four-step”strategy and functional area division are planned to promote the implementation of the projects in Chang'an District and to realize the green and high-quality development of rural areas.
