基于文化重塑的青岛台东历史商业街区更新策略

The Renewal Strategy for Qingdao Taidong Historical Commercial District Based on Cultural Remodeling

历史商业街区在历史的长河中逐渐发展,形成了具有地方特色的商业街道,蕴含着这个城市的历史文化,体现着地方最具在地特色的风土民情,是城市的宝贵财富。在城市更新过程中,传承和发展历史商业街区的文化成为更新工作的重中之重。文章以青岛台东历史商业街区为例,从历史、经济、规划、建筑等多个方面提取台东历史商业街区的文化元素,有针对性地提出传承和重塑台东历史商业街区文化的策略,从文化重塑的角度为台东历史商业街区的更新改造提出建议。

The historical commercial district is developed gradually in history,forms a commercial street with local characteristics,and contains the city's history and culture.It reflects the local folk characteristics,and is the precious wealth of a city.In the process of urban renewal,the inheritance and development of the culture of historical commercial district is the focus of the renewal work.This paper takes Taidong historical commercial district in Qingdao as an example,extracts the cultural elements of Taidong historical commercial district from various aspects of history,economics,planning,and architecture,etc.,and then puts forward targeted strategies for inheriting and remodeling the culture of Taidong historical commercial district.The paper proposes renewal and transformation suggestions for Taidong historical commercial district from the aspect of cultural remodeling.
