摘要
经过了数十年的发展演变,我国汽车客运站建筑空间和发展模式都有了前所未有的变化,目前人们对汽车客运站站房空间的使用后评价有待商榷。研究选取青岛汽车东站作为典型评价客体,从使用者需求角度及站房具体特征对汽车客运站进行分析。以使用后评价理论为立足点,采用层次分析法创建综合评价体系,深入调研分析了青岛汽车东站,得出使用后评价结果,总结目前汽车客运站站房空间在使用中存在的问题,以期为同类汽车客运站站房空间的设计提供参考和依据。
After decades of development,the construction space and development model of passenger bus stations in China have undergone unprecedented changes.At present,the people's post-occupancy evaluation on the station space of the passenger bus station needs to be discussed.The paper selects Qingdao East Bus Station as a typical evaluation objects,and analyzes the station from the perspective of the users'requirements and the specific characteristics of the station.Based on the theory of post-occupancy evaluation,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a comprehensive evaluation system,conducts an in-depth investigation on Qingdao East Bus Station,and obtains the post-occupancy evaluation results.The paper summarizes the problems in the use of the station space of the passenger bus station,with a view to provide reference and basis for the design of the station space in similar passengerbus stations.
